Janurary 7, 2013 - The U.S. Supreme Court declined to consider the Leader petition to fix the judicial misconduct of the lower courts. As a result, the glaring mistakes of law, abuses of due process and judicial misconduct in this case remain unaddressed, not only for Leader, but for all patent holders.
