Teleconferencing
"On the Fly"
Start
your conference call anytime, from any phone (without going to
the LeaderPhone® web control console). Here's how:

Dial (877) 278-8686
2.
Key
in a
Single PIN Meet Me. This sets up your conference
call.
3. Key
*1 on
your phone key pad. The automated operator will say:
"Please enter a ten digit phone number."
4. Key in the Area
Code & Phone Number of the person you want to conference
(e.g., 614-890-1986). When that person answers, he/she joins the call
immediately. Repeat this step until everyone is on the call.
Press *3 to disconnect the last *1 phone number attempted or connected.
That's it. It's that simple.

Volume
Control
Any
participant
can increase and decrease the volume of their particular connection of
the call at anytime, from any phone. Here's how:

When
you are participating in a call:
press *2 to 
Increase Volume
press *8 to 
Decrease Volume
You can increase or decrease volume three levels up and three levels down. These controls affect only your leg of the conference call, they do not change the overall volume of the call. Also, when you increase or decrease volume, the other parties do not hear the operator message "volume increased" / "volume decreased" that you hear.
